El Tigre Country Club relaxation in Nuevo Vallarta

We love our home here because it is very safe. There are two security points and the townhouse is constantly monitored. You can relax and plan your adventure which awaits from 10 to 20 min away in a short walk, bike or uber ride into the quaint towns or spend your day in Puerto Vallarta. We have mountains, beaches, marinas, fishing and so many things to do that we are never surprised at how close everything ends up being and can sit back and just enjoy the most amazing sunsets from the infinity pool steps away from our back patio.

Parking is right outside your door.

If you need to reach us, please do so via cell and if it is an emergency, we can always have someone come help you out. We typically have someone be there to welcome you in, show you around and to say goodbye. If you prefer complete contactless interaction, please do let us know.

Nuevo Vallarta is a more quiet town than Puerto Vallarta and has many stores, shops, and restaurants in the immediate area. There are several hotels and resorts nearby. We love to walk the complex and take in the scenery. If you are into Golf, this is one of the best places to stay. We have played the course and it is a bit challenging for us but will conquer it soon. The clubhouse is available to you for a small fee as our guest (max 4) if you let us know you want to use some of those amenities as well. Other than that, you are within waking distance to some beaches and also very close to Bucerias which is always fun with some amazing seafood to try out. NOTE: the club/beach access changes almost every day due to COVID, so if you are interested, please send a message.

There is a shuttle that takes you to and from the marina

We have a very secure area and you will need to let the main gate know if you have any deliveries and/or an uber coming to pick you up. If you do, please notify us so we can advise the main gate of any additional services coming through. Other than that, we will make sure that you have access to come in and out during your stay. You will receive a pass code that allows you to let delivery, uber, guests in and out.

The below has information on any additional fees to use the El Tigre Club House facilities by purchasing a Temporary guest card once you are booked as our guest and stay in our unit for 14 days or more. (Note, since we are members of El Tigre, we can invite up to two so a total of 4 additional passes). This will need to be arranged in advance since we need to notify the club house in advance. The temporary guest card is only available for a minimum of 2 weeks.

We will connect you with the country club to get the specific fees as they vary depending on the season. The price may range from $35-50 for the two weeks for each person over 11.

Criteria will apply for temporary guest cards:

The Club reserves the right to increase or decrease, without prior written notice, the number of temporary cards for guests of house in accordance with the occupation or season. The number set in the regulation is 2 temporary credentials for membership, however; it is now allowed up to 5 adults with credential of invited by occasion, for membership social, the number of children is undefined.
The guest must be physically stayed in the owner's property. The failure to this point is a cause of suspension of the benefits from the owner-member in accordance with the rules and Plan of memberships.

Benefits with Temporary Card:

• Access to the sports Club (group classes included)
• Access to the beach, located at Playa Royale.
• Access to the wet areas of the Hacienda del Paraiso SPA located in the clubhouse.
• Use of a towel ($200 pesos in case of loss).
• Discount on the Green Fee according to the season.
• The temporary credential does not give discounts on food and beverages.

Note: This assignment does not grant the right to access or use the facilities of the Paradise Village Hotel such as pool area, beach, activities, etc.

A green fee for a guest of a golfing member is always the lowest (minimum gets a 50% off the regular rate), this applies

Our 2 story home has 4 bedrooms with comfy beds. On the 2nd floor you can find the master with a full private bathroom, two additional rooms share a second full bathroom. The 1st floor has the 4th bedroom doubling as an office/TV room with a full bathroom. We have a private pool available at all hours and 2 additional large pools facing the golf course. We are within the exclusive El Tigre/Paradise Village golf course and central to all Vallarta main points of interest in Jalisco and Nayarit.
